Designed for partial mechanization of the process of molding gluten into a ball before determining the quality of gluten on IDK devices.

The device consists of a table, a plate for rolling out gluten, chips, two clamps, two cuvettes, as well as a forming bar with a die and a restrictive ring.

The use of PFC in the formation of a gluten ball excludes the influence of the human factor, due to which a spread in gluten quality indicators is possible.
