Description
OVEN PD100 model 115 sensors are pressure transducers with a measuring membrane made of stainless steel and a “field case” with a metal cable gland for unarmored cable 6 – 12 mm.
This model is characterized by increased resistance to operation in harsh conditions (in the conditions of the Far North, etc.) and the presence of an explosion-proof version 1ExdIICT6Gb.
Converters of this model are designed for automatic regulation and control systems in industry at primary and secondary industries located in difficult climatic and other conditions that require the use of equipment in a “field” building: gas transmission and gas distribution systems, oil fields, oil transportation facilities, refineries, energy facilities and so on.
Main characteristics
- measurement of gauge/vacuum gauge/ gauge-vacuum pressure of media neutral to stainless steel AISI 316L (AISI 304S) (steam, water, gases, including natural, oil, slightly aggressive liquids, etc.) under difficult operating conditions.
- conversion of pressure into a unified DC signal 4…20 mA.
- the upper limit of the measured pressure (URL) – from 16 kPa to 25 MPa.
- overload capacity – not less than 200% VPI.
- basic reduced error – 0.25; 0.5% URL.
- explosion protection “flameproof enclosure” 1ExdIICT6Gb – optional.
- degree of protection of the body and electrical connector of the converter – IP65.
- noise immunity meet the requirements for class A equipment according to GOST30804.6.2-2013.
