The stereoscopic microscope MICROMED MC-4-ZOOM LED (trinocular) is designed to observe three-dimensional and flat objects, transparent and non-transparent. Observation can be carried out in reflected and transmitted light. It is convenient for performing a variety of high-precision work when it is required to perform any operations with an object during observation: preparation – in biology, studying rock samples – in mineralogy, performing various technological operations – in the semiconductor industry.

When changing the magnification of the objective or the magnification of the eyepieces, the working distance does not change and is 113 mm. But it can be increased to 177 mm with the help of an additional lens attachment, which also changes the overall magnification of the microscope.

A distinctive feature of this series is the built-in dimmable indirect light LED ring illuminator, which gives a cool, shadowless illumination.

The design of the microscope’s visual attachment allows you to display the image in real time on a PC screen using a video eyepiece (video eyepiece is not included in the standard package). A distinctive feature from the microscopes of the Micromed MS-2-ZOOM series is the presence of an independent visualization channel that is not connected to the eyepiece tube of the visual attachment. This allows you to simultaneously observe the image in both eyepieces and on the monitor screen. The visualization channel has a shift to maintain the parfocality of the image on the screen and on the eyepieces. The attachment point is an adapter for an optical adapter with a bore diameter of 23.2 mm.

The distance from the tripod to the optical axis is 115 mm.
