Description

Laboratory sifters U1-ERL-10 are used in testing laboratories of the Grain Quality Assessment Centers, the Centers for Hygiene and Epidemiology, as well as grain receiving and grain processing enterprises, bakeries, in the confectionery, food and feed industries, in agriculture, pharmacology, mining, chemical and others industries.
U1-ERL laboratory sifters are a set of original engineering solutions, confirmed by the current patent of the Russian Federation, the result of a long-term design study and a high-quality approach to the manufacture of parts and a finished product that goes through several stages of control and refinement. The resulting product meets the modern requirements of ergonomics and quality, which allows you to equip the laboratory with a really necessary and reliable, as well as easy-to-use sieving sieving machine.
Sieves are designed to control the size of bulk products, raw materials, materials, grain, cereals, flour and feed before and after crushing, grinding and enrichment. In the bakery industry, analyzes carried out using sieving make it possible to determine:
the presence of weed and grain impurities, the size and content of fine grains of wheat, rye, barley, millet, buckwheat, rice and corn;
the quality of semolina, rice and corn, millet, crushed rice, split kernels and flour of buckwheat, crushed kernel in split peas, fineness of flour, malting barley, malt and animal feed;
contamination of grain, flour and animal feed with granary pests.
In other industries, sifters allow you to analyze the product, dividing it into fractions, separating impurities by size, and also calibrate products.
U1-ERL-10-1-3 (for 3 sieves), clamping height 180 mm, used to control the fineness of malting barley (reproducibility of the fineness index is 0.1-0.5%, depending on the fractional composition). Allows you to simultaneously divide one product into 4 fractions or two products into 2 fractions;
U1-ERL-10-1-4 (for 4 sieves) clamp height 220 mm, and U1-ERL-10-1-5 (for 5 sieves) clamp height 260 mm – are used in determining the particle size distribution and calibration of various products. They allow one product to be divided into 5 (6) fractions at a time, two products into 2-3 fractions, or any three products into 2 fractions
