Description

Borey mill.

Borey laboratory mill is designed for grinding grains, leguminous crops, feed and raw materials for their production while preparing samples for analysis to determine their quality indicators.
The laboratory mill belongs to the cyclone-type hammer mills. When grain is fed in the mill dispenser, an air-grain mixture is formed, which enters the grinding chamber. After grinding, passing through a sieve, it enters the cyclone. The crushed product is separated from the air in the cyclone and collected in a special removable container. After the grain supply is stopped, the air flow passing through the dispenser ensures self-cleaning of the dispenser and the grinding chamber of the mill.
The Borey laboratory mill is equipped with a sieve with round holes with a diameter of 0.8 mm (1 mm), which makes it possible to obtain a finely dispersed product with a stable particle size during grinding, which is necessary when determining the quantity and quality of gluten, the “falling number”, and other quality indicators. The mill provides grinding of samples of grain crops according to GOST R 53020-2008 (ISO 21415-1:2006).
The samples ground at the BOREI mill can be used for grain quality analysis both by standard methods of analysis on Glutomatic, MOK, Kjeldahl devices, and by IR spectrometry on IR analyzers of the INFRASCAN series.
It has a capacity of 1.4 liters for the ground sample. This allows you to grind samples up to 500 grams, which allows you to get more accurate test results and use the ground sample for several analyzes at once, which significantly reduces the time of their analysis.
The BOREI mill is equipped with a vibration and noise isolation system, which makes it possible to work comfortably during the working shift with significant power and productivity.
Advantages:
• Allows to obtain a finely dispersed product with a stable particle size during grinding;
• Allows you to grind samples of grain weighing up to 500 g;
• Has a capacity of 1.4 liters for the ground sample, which eliminates the possibility of overflow;
• The use of a vibration and noise isolation system ensures comfortable work for the operating personnel.
