Description

Apparatus for mixing grain samples BIS-1.

OUT OF PRODUCTION!

The apparatus (grain divider) is designed for mixing a grain sample and extracting average and average daily samples from it, dividing the average sample in half and separating samples weighing 25, 50 and 100 g. The device is a metal cylinder with a diameter of 250 mm, in which three parts are functionally distinguished.
The upper part has a receiving funnel with a capacity of approximately 4.5 kg of grain, with an opening at the bottom of the cone, which can be opened with a ball valve and a handle (lever).
The second part, located under the funnel, consists of two separating-mixing devices placed one above the other. Each of the devices consists of a cone and a funnel connected together. The funnel of the second device has an outlet pipe through which half of the sample is removed from the divider and sent to determine the nature.

The lower (third) part of the device is another separating-mixing device. It also includes a cone and a funnel, but with two outlet channels. Each channel is equipped with a movable damper that allows you to adjust the amount of separated grain.
To regulate the size of the allocated samples, a digital scale of the dividing sectors of the devices is reinforced in the upper part of the body.
