Description

New compact luminescent microscopes are designed for immunological studies using fluorescent and enzyme labels of a wide profile (FITC, rhodamine, peroxase, etc.), as well as histological and cytological studies in clinical laboratory diagnostics.

Microscopes are used for:
– express diagnostics of bacterial, viral, protozoal and other antigenic infections (for example, chlamydia)
– phenotypic analysis of peripheral blood cells, bone marrow and tissues by the presence of surface antigens using monoclonal antibodies
– assessment of the functional activity of phagocytic blood cells
– other types of biological research.
The microscope allows you to observe the image of the studied preparations:
– in the light of visible luminescence when illuminated from above with light that excites luminescence
– in transmitted light in a bright field and by the phase contrast method
– when equipped with a trinocular attachment and adapters, photo and video projection is performed
