Mill laboratory VYUGA.
The VYUGA laboratory mill is designed for grinding samples of grain, legumes, oilseeds, feed and raw materials for their production with a moisture content of not more than 20% and a fat content of not more than 55% to determine their quality indicators by chemical analysis methods and infrared spectroscopy.
The principle of operation of the mill is based on grinding the product with a knife rotating at high speed. The special design of the grinding chamber and the use of special knives ensure fast grinding and minimize sample heating, which eliminates moisture loss and allows the mill to be used for grinding samples in moisture analysis.
The mill has a timer that allows you to set the exact grinding time (5-60 seconds), as well as protection of the electric motor against overloads and unauthorized activation.
The mill was tested at the State Scientific Institution VNIIZh of the Russian Agricultural Academy (St. Petersburg), as well as at the Ural Research Institute of Metrology (FGUP “UNIIM”, Yekaterinburg) and recommended for wide practical use.
