Generator mercury-hydride GRG-112

It is used as an attachment to the KVANT.Z , KVANT.Z1 atomic absorption spectrometers and serves to determine mercury trace impurities.

General characteristics of the generator and metrological characteristics

The relative value of the systematic component of the error and standard deviations (RMS) of the results of measurements of the mercury concentration when using a generator with atomic absorption spectrometers KVANT.Z , KVANT.Z1 should not exceed the values indicated in Table 1.

Table 1

Element Mercury concentration, µg/l SKO, % Systematic error component, %
Mercury 0,1 6 20
0,8 4 8

Table 2

Sample consumption per determination no more than 20 ml
Consumption of reducing agent per determination 1.0 ÷ 1.5 ml

The generator comes with:

  • spectral lamp for mercury;
  • set of replacement parts;
  • Spare parts;
  • guidelines for the determination of mercury;
  • reagent (lead difluoride);
  • manual dispenser for 10 ml.
