Description

The device for determining the number of falling CHP-5

The design of the PChP5 device was developed in 2005 and was a continuation of the domestic series of PChP devices of the early 90s. The design of the frame is prefabricated and welded from rolled steel provides high strength and low deformation due to exposure to high temperatures. The drive is executed on rolling bearings, providing smoothness of the course. Rocker mechanism guides and slider are made of modern material with low coefficient of friction. Split connecting rod with the ability to adjust the length and with rolling bearings in the upper and lower heads. The hydraulics of the device is made on silicone tubes that do not change their properties at temperatures up to 180 degrees.
The drive uses a powerful stepper motor controlled by a microprocessor. The electronics is made on two boards: a microprocessor board with two programmable microcontrollers and a power board with installed non-contact switching elements that ensure high reliability in operation.
All information is displayed on the LCD indicator, providing constant control over the operation of the device. In case of incorrect actions of the laboratory assistant, the device is blocked and an error code is displayed: according to the attached code table, the cause is determined and recommendations for elimination are given.
