Description

The SNAP DUO Beta-Tetra ST test is a rapid test that determines the residual amount of penicillin G and tetracycline in whole cow’s milk. Using this test, it is possible to jointly determine ampicillin, cefapirin, amoxicillin, ceftiofur, cloxacillin, dicloxacillin, ticarcilin and cefadroxil, tetracycline, chlorotetracycline, oxytetracycline.

The method for the determination of antibiotics in milk using Snap Duo Beta-Tetra ST tests was included in GOST 53774-2014 Amendment 1

Incubatorless Rapid Tests The Snap Duo Beta-Tetra ST is extremely convenient to use because the Snap ST series is a non-incubator test, which means that neither an incubator thermostat nor heating of the milk sample is required for analysis.

The analysis for the residual amount of antibiotics can be carried out in any conditions, without requiring a specially designated place, qualifications of the performer, additional laboratory equipment, the need for annual calibration of instruments is eliminated – all that is needed is a flat surface !!! In 5 minutes, the Snap-test simultaneously and with high accuracy allows you to determine the presence of antibiotics of various groups (beta-lactam and tetracycline)

These test systems are universal, as they allow testing different types of milk: cow, goat, sheep, raw, ultra-pasteurized, reconstituted, thawed, milk with a high content of somatic cells
