Description

The PERITEST-300 visual field analyzer is designed to determine the boundaries of the visual field, to assess the light sensitivity within the visual field in day, twilight and night vision.
Peritest-300 can be used in ophthalmological, neurological, neurosurgical offices of a wide polyclinic network, hospitals and research institutes.
Peritest-300 is necessary for the early diagnosis of glaucoma, various pathologies of the retina and optic nerve. Peritest-300 makes it possible to examine the central and peripheral field of view in fast (30%), reduced (50%) and full (100%) volume modes. The identified pathologies are divided into groups: normal, relative scotomas of the 1st and 2nd level, absolute scotomas. Perimetry results are printed out in the form of a standard form and permanently stored in the computer archive.

PERITEST this year began to dock with a computer via a USB connector (instead of RS-232). Operation is controlled by the new processor. The program has been completely redesigned. Illumination of the dome, instead of incandescent lamps, was replaced by LED

The perimeter “Peritest-300” is intended for detailed determination of the boundaries of the field of view in order to quantify changes in light sensitivity within the field of view using the methods of temporal and static perimetry.

“PERITEST-300” makes it possible to examine the central and peripheral field of vision in the modes of fast (30%), reduced (50%) and full (100%) volume. The identified pathologies are divided into groups: normal, relative scotomas of the 1st and 2nd level, absolute scotomas. The results of perimetry are printed out in the form of a standard form (in color or in black and white) and permanently stored in the computer database. The following programs are provided for perimetry (18 programs in total):

  • Total perimetry;
  • Peripheral field of view;
  • Central field of view;
  • Macula;
  • Glaucoma – nasal step;
  • Hemianopsia;
  • Blind spot etc.

“PERITEST-300” works in conjunction with an external computer running the WINDOWS operating system and allows the doctor to:

  • work in manual or automatic mode;
  • automatically determine the thresholds of light sensitivity of each eye before the start of the main study;
  • independently and very easily compose your own medical programs for examining the patient (you only need to indicate the coordinates of the examination points);
  • store research results in a convenient database.

“PERITEST-300” is additionally equipped with the following medical programs (included in the delivery set):

  • Color Perimetry program ( for the central field of view).
  • Program for determining the critical flicker fusion frequency (CFFM) for peripheral vision.
  • The program for determining the time of sensorimotor reaction to peripheral stimuli.
  • The Eye Muscle Trainer program (for the treatment of strabismus).

“PERITEST-300” – according to many ophthalmologists – the best domestic perimeter designed to determine the boundaries of the field of view and assess light sensitivity; in terms of its functional and performance indicators, it corresponds to well-known foreign analogues, and in terms of cost it is much cheaper than them.
