Description
The HI 99163 Portable Meat pH Meter is easy to use and requires minimal maintenance. The FC232D electrode in a plastic housing has a conical sensing element and a thread for mounting a blade, which allows you to work even with frozen samples. The electrode has an open diaphragm that is not susceptible to contamination from viscous samples or measurement sediment. The electrode does not use silver chloride, so the product is not contaminated by contact with the electrode.
