Description
Ultrasonic liquid analyzer Ulikor (version Clever-2M) Ulikor (Clever-2M) is designed to measure the mass fraction of fat, protein, lactose, mineral salts (ash) and density in milk and dairy products in accordance with the measurement procedure, certified in the prescribed manner . Additionally, the analyzer measures or calculates based on the measured data the mass fraction of dry milk residue, skimmed milk residue, the degree of homogenization and the freezing point of the milk, and also displays the sample temperature and the calculated amount of added water.
The principle of operation of the analyzer is based on the fact that ultrasonic vibrations are passed through the sample and the values of the output signals are recorded depending on the values of the measured parameters of the dairy product.
The analyzers are a portable desktop device, which consists of a container for sample heating, a source of ultrasonic vibrations, a receiver, an amplifier, a microprocessor-based data recording and processing unit, and a liquid crystal display. There is an output for connecting a computer. The analyzer is controlled by a microprocessor.
The measurement results are indicated in digital form with a readout resolution of 0.01%.
When working in the field, to connect to the vehicle’s on-board network, you need a power source with an additional voltage stabilizer, which can be purchased from the manufacturer.
The device is registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments under No. 35748-07 and approved for use by the State Standard of Russia.
