Liquid chromatograph “LUMACHROM®” with photometric / spectrophotometric / fluorimetric / spectrofluorimetric detection is designed for qualitative and quantitative determination of organic substances in complex samples by high performance liquid chromatography.
The block-modular principle allows you to create the optimal configuration of the device, depending on the tasks of the analytical laboratory – from routine to research.
The composition of the chromatograph “LUMACHROM®” includes:
- base unit, consisting of a pump, a loop dosing valve, connecting elements;
- detectors – photometric, spectrophotometric, fluorimetric and spectrofluorimetric.

Installation conditions:

- there should be no vibrations, sudden changes in ambient temperature, drafts, dust, strong magnetic and electric fields in the place where the chromatograph is installed;
- the presence of a ground loop in the room for installing the chromatograph.
