Description
“FLUORAT®-02-PANORAMA” is a classic research spectrofluorimeter . A range of attachments has been developed for the device, which allow measurements to be made outside the cuvette compartment of the device. At the same time, the device is certified as a Fluorat-02 analyzer, which allows measuring the mass concentration of substances in accordance with approved methods. There is a modification of the device, which is a spectrofluorimetric detector for HPLC.
Advantages of the device:
- multifunctionality;
- a wide range of additional attachments for measurements outside the cuvette compartment;
- fast monochromators in the channels of excitation and registration of luminescence;
- the modes of spectral and chromatographic measurements, measurements of the kinetics of luminescence decay, chemi- and bioluminescence are implemented;
- use as a spectrofluorimetric detector for HPLC with programmable wavelength tuning during the chromatographic separation process and with a peak identification procedure from its spectrum;
- the possibility of scanning for each of the monochromators both independently and in the modes of synchronous, asynchronous and two-dimensional spectral scanning.
Common applications of the Fluorat-02-Panorama spectrofluorimeter:
- spectral-kinetic, chemi- and bioluminescent studies of objects;
- spectrofluorimetric detection in HPLC: PAHs, mycotoxins, amino acids, vitamins, hormones;
- spectrofluorimetric detection in immunoassay and PCR (with microplate attachment);
- identification of the authenticity of samples by three-dimensional spectra.
Areas of use
As a certified analyzer, the Panorama spectrofluorimeter is used for analytical control of environmental objects, sanitary control and control of technological processes.
Environmental studies:
- analysis of the spectral characteristics of oil products dissolved/dispersed in aqueous media, identification of sources of pollution by oil products in the waters of ports, rivers and reservoirs;
- studies of the processes of biodegradation of petroleum products in natural reservoirs of waters under the influence of external factors;
- studies of the bioproductivity of water bodies by the fluorescence of chlorophyll-A.
Scientific research:
- measurement of the spectral characteristics of luminescence (spectra of excitation, photoluminescence, synchronous spectra), determination of the decay time of phosphorescence;
- studies of organic and inorganic luminescent substances, luminescent labels embedded in biological objects.
Medical research:
- studies of the luminescence of biological products, bacteria, viruses, incl. with the possibility of using PCR technology (with the MICROSCAN attachment).
Technology:
- control of the spectral characteristics of paper, incl. used for printing banknotes and securities;
- analysis of the spectral purity of phosphors, other luminescent powders.
