The clock is designed to control the duration of the procedure in medical institutions. It is a balance spring watch with a sound signal for the end of procedures, for which a buzzer is mounted in the watch case, activated by touching the end of the minute hand to special contact pins inserted into the holes on the dial ring. They are used in medical institutions during the vacation of physiotherapy and other procedures that require time control.

The watch is available in two versions:

a) FC-3 – powered by AC mains or by 2 AA batteries, 1.5 V each;

b) FC-3-01 – powered by 2 AA batteries of 1.5 V or from a network adapter.

The clock set PCh-3 includes: 10 numbered pins, a fusible insert, a passport.
