Portable microprocessor pH-meter Hanna HI 99161N (thermometer) is designed specifically for the food industry. It is simple and easy to use, has a waterproof housing.
The device is equipped with a special FC 202D electrode with a pointed tip and a built-in temperature sensor, which allows you to simultaneously measure the pH and temperature of products, making just one immersion of the electrode. The pointed tip of the electrode ensures easy washing off of the measured medium from the surface (reduced clogging), as well as safe and convenient pH measurement in cuts (meat, cheese).
The HI 99161N pH meter is especially designed to measure meat, cheese, fruit, sushi, jams, jelly, dough, ice cream, milk, yogurt, beverages and juices .
The range of products and media can be significantly expanded by equipping the device with general and special purpose electrodes, including piercing ones.
In the FC 202D electrode, the diffusion of toxic silver chlorides from the electrode into the measured medium is minimized, which eliminates the contamination of products from the electrode during measurement.
The HI 99161N pH meter has a large LCD multi-line display with pH, temperature and user assistance information displayed simultaneously. The pH meter is equipped with a BEPS system that prevents erroneous results due to low batteries, a self-diagnostic mode, an indicator of reading stability, an automatic temperature compensation function and calibration with buffer solutions of various standards.
Electrode model: FC200D, the material of the electrode body is Kynar (plastic), which allows measurements to be taken directly in food products and raw materials for their production, for example, in dough, milk, cheese, jam, jams, meat, etc. Has a BNC connector. The electrode is inserted directly into the products, solutions do not need to be prepared.
