Description
Moisture analyzer “ЭВЛАС – 2М” is a compact, affordable and high-precision moisture analyzer, which is ideal for product quality control, as well as for providing input control in receiving departments. Ease of maintenance and work on it allows you to attract personnel of any qualification.
Ease of operation
1. Set the analyzer settings for drying the product selected for analysis;
2. Place the sample cup and 5 gram weight on the balance, the analyzer will tare the built-in high-precision balance;
3. Place the test sample on the balance, the analyzer will measure the initial weight;
4. Close the lid and press the start button, the analyzer will start the sample drying process, the indicator will display the current measurement time, the current value of the mass fraction of moisture in%, the temperature in the drying chamber;
5. Upon reaching a constant weight, the analyzer automatically turns off the heating, emits a sound signal and displays the result of the analysis, the mass fraction of moisture in% and the total analysis time on the indicator.
The analyzer guides the operator through the entire measurement process by giving prompts on the indicator.
Analyzer Features
The toroidal shape of the infrared heating element built into the drying chamber allows the sample to be dried evenly. The infrared heater is controlled by a temperature sensor very close to the sample.

Drying is carried out for 5-15 minutes, during which the built-in microprocessor calculates all values based on the measurement data, the final result is shown on the display. “ЭВЛАС – 2М” turns off either in timer mode or in fully automatic mode when the sample reaches a constant weight.
Measurement time
Depends on the moisture content of the sample, the weight of the sample and on the properties of the product to release moisture.
Non-standard products
The moisture meter is universal, it comes with guidelines for working with a wide range of substances (more than 300 types of food products and other materials).
If you have a need to control moisture in non-standard products (for which drying recommendations have not been developed):
- if the analyzer has not yet been purchased, you can place an order for calibration for your products
- if the analyzer is already in use, you can independently achieve maximum convergence of results by conducting parallel measurements in accordance with GOST and on a moisture meter, introducing the necessary correction of temperature / threshold / polling values. Verification
Verification is carried out in the Rosstandart system. “ЭВЛАС – 2М” is supplied by the certified Novosibirsk Center for Standardization of Metrology and Certification. The calibration interval is one year. After the verification period has expired, you can contact the nearest CSM with the verification method that is included in the kit, or any service center of the manufacturer.
Certificates
“ЭВЛАС – 2М” is registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments under No. 22077-12, certificate No. 46001/1 dated March 21, 2017. The analyzer is also entered in the State Register of Kazakhstan ( certificate in Russian and Kazakh ), Belarus and Ukraine.
Declaration of conformity with the requirements of the Customs Union CU No. RU D-RU.AL92.B.16679 (valid until 28.01.2021)
Measurement techniques
The development and certification of measurement procedures for the moisture analyzer “ЭВЛАС – 2М” is carried out by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Ural Research Institute of Metrology” (“UNIIM”) .
Service maintenance
Warranty: 1+1 (1 year warranty + 1 year free service).
