Description

Conductivity sensor for CIP / CIP systems

The InPro7108-TC-VP four-electrode sensors are designed for use in cleaning/sterilization systems in the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as other applications such as phase or media separation. TriClamp 1.5″ or 2″ flanges make it easy to mount sensors in process lines. The sensors are sterilizable at temperatures up to 140°C. The special design of the sensors provides resistance to adverse effects in the most severe flushing regimes. MaxCertTM simplifies the validation and qualification of process equipment. The package includes all material certificates and calibration traceable to NIST/ASTM standards.

METTLER TOLEDO 4-electrode sensors provide the highest level of safety in CIP processes in process lines and ease of cleaning. WideRangeTM technology supports measurements of samples with completely different conductivity values. The waterproof (IP68) VarioPin connector ensures excellent signal transmission even in very high humidity and in direct contact with water.

Features and Benefits

WideRange Technology

  • Wide measurement range while maintaining a compact sensor design. This saves you installation costs and allows you to standardize the various sensor applications.

    High reliability
    • The VarioPin connection system, waterproof connector (IP68), guarantees reliable and uninterrupted signal transmission and protects against problems with high levels of humidity. It will also reduce costs compared to installing fixed cables.

    MaxCertTM
    • The MaxCertTM system will facilitate the validation and qualification process. NIST/ASTM traceable sensor calibration is documented and material certificates (3.1B) include data for stainless steel and Hastelloy needles,
    • coming into contact with the sample. All other sample contact materials are certified to EN 10204-2.1 for FDA-listed positive materials, reference is made to CFR codes.
